Who we are
The Pattern Test (mybrightscore.com) is run by Go Smart business, MB, company code 305910748, VAT LT100014407719, Eduardo Andrė g. 14-5, LT-02232 Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at support@mybrightscore.com or +370 666 53677.
What we collect
- Your test: your answers, the time you took, and the profile answers you choose, such as your age group.
- Your email address, if you enter it to save your results.
- Purchase details: what you bought, the amount and whether the payment succeeded. You enter card details into a form provided by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser details, approximate location based on your IP address, and how you use the page, collected by the tools listed below.
Why we use it
- To run the test, calculate your score and deliver the results you buy (to perform our contract with you).
- To take payments and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
- To email you a link to your saved results and a small number of reminders about them (our legitimate interest). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve the site and our advertising (our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it).
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel, to measure our ads), Microsoft (Clarity, which records how pages are used), Google (Analytics), our email delivery provider and our hosting provider. Some of them are based outside the EEA and the UK; those transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and similar technologies
Meta, Microsoft Clarity and Google set cookies or similar technologies on this site to measure visits and advertising. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google account settings.
How long we keep it
Test data and email addresses of people who don't buy: up to 12 months. Purchase records: as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years in Lithuania). You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or stop using it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email us to do any of this. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.
Children
The test is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
